A group of members who give hospitality to those who are grieving from a loss of a loved one by setting up and cleaning up the Hall for a reception along with supplying coffee, tea, and desserts. This group will stay in the Hall to support those attending the reception in anyway that is needed. When there is a luncheon the Family is responsible for catering services.
